Can children enter the facility without parents or adults?
Absolutely not, individuals my only enter the facility with an accompanied party, or adult and child together.
Can I bring confetti, hang streamers or pinatas?
No, we decorate our party rooms, we ask that nothing be hung or taped to the walls or the ceiling. Also, no confetti or silly string is allowed.
Can I bring in my own food?
You can bring cake. No other outside food is allowed. You may order pizzas and soda in advance from us, which will be delivered to your party.
Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our children's facility.
How early do we arrive?
Both the host and the guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time. The 15 minute window allows time for all the guests to check in. If you arrive too early you will be waiting other with guests from another party. It is best to have as little waiting time as possible for the kids.
Who does the decorations and set up?
We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins free of charge. If you would like to bring your own paper products, you may do so. Setup time is generally 1 hour into your play arena time as other guests may be in the party room when your party starts.
What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
A cake or cupcakes, knife, candles and matches. We will supply plates, napkins and utensils.
What else should I wear to my party?
You are required to wear socks, sleeves are recommended too. Nylon makes you go faster. So don't forget those items.
What about cancellations and deposits?
Cancellation Policy - Fifty percent deposit is required in order to reserve a party. If a party is cancelled 14 days prior to your party, you will be charged the %50 percent and will be able to re-schedule to different date up to one year. If less than 14 days, you will loose your deposit.
